Tellef Thorleifsson has been Norfund's CEO since autumn 2018. Before this, he co-founded and led Northzone, growing it into a top international venture fund that raised over EUR 1.5 billion and invested in 130+ companies. He also co-founded the Voxtra Foundation, focusing on agribusiness in East Africa, and has held several directorships.
