Lionel is Transformation Director at Aker Solutions, where he leads initiatives to embed innovation across the organization and scale new services globally. He began his career at Volvo Cars France before founding Roadbook, an innovation lab for the automotive industry that partnered with dealers, startups, and industry stakeholders to design and deliver new services. After relocating to Norway, Lionel became an active part of Oslo’s startup ecosystem and later joined Systems7 before moving to Aker Solutions. There, he has spearheaded projects ranging from drones and robotics to additive manufacturing, and most recently, the development of a Life Cycle Assessment venture now being deployed across Aker’s global operations. With experience spanning entrepreneurship, corporate transformation, and technology-driven innovation, Lionel continues to drive initiatives that create impact at scale.
